Agenda and minutes

At 7pm the Committee Clerk advised those present that the Director of Public Safety had withdrawn his report on the draft Licensing Policy, which was due to be considered by the Licensing Committee meeting under agenda item 7 and had been the only substantive item on the agenda. There were currently no Members of the Committee in attendance and the meeting was inquorate. In accordance with Standing Orders there would be a 15-minute adjournment in order to allow those Members who were not present to arrive.

At 7.15pm, the Committee Clerk advised that as the meeting remained inquorate, the business on the agenda could not be considered, nor any decision taken.
