To approve the making of an Article 4 Direction to remove the national permitted development right for the change of use from office to residential use (Use Class C3).

Consultation process

If the making of an Article 4 Direction is approved there will be a consultation period of six weeks for representations to be submitted to the Council. The Council will serve notice following the procedures set out in Appendix D of Circular 9/1995.
